Responsibilities: ' O. u @. H. g0 s9 A( `4 A
• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
! ~( h% M* {# w0 I0 [5 C• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;! p5 l% k2 Y y( _ m2 M
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
, _9 A: S2 `. N• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;" l8 t, S, P" S
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
1 n* F9 Z. }7 v& P* }/ s• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

Essential :
6 _6 u4 f) X! v+ H$ k• College or bachelor degree above;, ]6 h" j( R7 Z% s+ s o
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
% t5 U. {* t0 N3 }• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
R5 B+ _0 ~, x4 V ?• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;

' e% ^& x% d n2 P• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;
