when deeply practicing prajna-paramita,

# i) l: ~7 `" Sand was saved from all suffering and distress.% h7 [# U3 m& c. D+ {$ ~
观自在菩萨
/ l+ i+ j8 `* d3 r2 J( n# l: b行深般若波罗蜜多时% P& P5 a6 p+ M% Y/ l
照见五蕴皆空度一切苦厄! |- r9 c1 @; _: q5 X
Sariputra,
: g1 C1 h6 s7 s2 E: tform is no different to emptiness,
, S0 j% f' [2 @: `emptiness no different to form./ b" E* S: E4 d- i+ ?: W. h( p4 r1 o
That which is form is emptiness,; T. _& @$ r, u3 p. O
that which is emptiness, form.4 Q9 M6 B- ~7 r7 w
舍利子
7 g4 \3 @. G2 b" K色不异空空不异色
& S  d0 G/ d2 Q9 P. C2 G8 n色即是空空即是色
  B# r, a0 z. y2 E1 L7 TSensations, perceptions, impressions, and consciousness are also like this." M1 \7 `1 [5 X0 B1 y; m
受想行识亦复如是
# T! @2 K" @: E1 E+ kSariputra,
) m2 U' S8 E' `& x2 n( Iall things and phenomena are marked by emptiness;
# ]* B% R1 c2 P- _# x# G2 dthey are neither appearing nor disappearing,) L( r) z, L" M
neither impure nor pure,
4 L4 ?0 O7 q) ]3 ]5 ~neither increasing nor decreasing.
9 N' T6 |. q+ X. b6 N; O9 M& w舍利子: e# j& i% h) Q& G1 t4 M  B3 E
是诸法空相不生不灭
2 c7 _8 ]( s! Q% W: F4 w+ V不垢不净不增不减5 z5 s1 m5 D& z& V
Therefore, in emptiness,' \. i! P, g$ p; ~* \
no forms, no sensations, perceptions, impressions, or consciousness;2 N+ J! B9 s3 d
no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind;
8 W' L: s2 O% o1 g6 Q是故空中无色无受想行识2 ~9 D3 K/ i2 N! K
无眼耳鼻舌身意" O6 x. ^: s6 W# [% T% n, t1 z8 e
no sights, sounds, odors, tastes, objects of touch, objects of mind;5 a$ r7 [& q  j5 n) ^; m
no realm of sight up to no realm of consciousness;
" Z' }8 r: j% F无色声香味触法& E6 r# A" d5 V' i7 ]
无眼界乃至无意识界  ~9 U. ]0 J5 g8 w+ Y& \4 p: {+ A: _
no ignorance and no end of ignorance,
! a+ ^  {1 B4 ], {8 Dand no end of aging and death;
1 `, D7 Z; n6 y/ q* ^! D: m9 ^/ n无无明亦无无明尽
3 s: [$ J7 B; y& K' B7 U3 e乃至无老死亦无老死尽3 ~0 }2 f$ B! y. R0 e+ C
no suffering, accumulation, cessation, or path;
7 a5 ^/ {" A9 H* \% S) d" U( }no wisdom and no attainment.
0 x; q' Q* Z" j6 O无苦集灭道无智亦无得
# @0 \" R  L- i% N2 tWith nothing to attain,* t9 Q& F# S5 @2 Y0 {
bodhisattvas+ ~8 \' u/ c- h5 m  F# S, f
rely on prajna-paramita,6 Z6 L1 m7 S: j! T
and their minds are without hindrance.& @5 t: X; m; \) F' _3 J4 l3 d' C
以无所得故+ ~% }9 a$ C% t- z  [
菩提萨陲依般若波罗蜜多故6 }  n6 i! t; n* R6 E, Z
They are without hindrance,
7 P. ^' R* |$ n! Pand thus without fear.
) n2 o: ?. M/ Q& T5 g心无碍无碍故无有恐怖. w' N2 u+ o( E# O1 D) I% o  j
Far apart from all confused dreams,
+ L/ c8 Q! b- k& F  _they dwell in nirvana.. a, y% y9 C+ H* b; I
远离颠倒梦想究竟涅盘) `8 G5 n5 A) K5 n- m: f
All buddhas of the past, present and future& Z: A' Q6 o1 Y
rely on prajna-paramita,/ A3 p+ J( Q- V/ u1 Y; P' Z# H, |. G
and attain anuttara-samyak-sambodhi.6 L! a' g7 N9 a6 ]: ]/ P' f
三世诸佛依般若波罗蜜多故% g' U. _( ]. Q" ], m
得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提' B7 m# s) o  A- D& W, x% X0 i
Therefore, know that prajna-paramita
/ \, R8 I( F3 O$ xis the great transcendent mantra,+ J* i* h5 P  w1 f! Q/ w
the great bright mantra,
) m; M1 V6 \4 y( v8 c* Athe supreme mantra,
4 e6 A4 V% o9 F; Y: Pthe unequalled balanced mantra,
/ O: D+ W' G3 w/ L; q! V: l, J  Jthat can eliminate all suffering,' S7 Y, j2 o) s0 k/ m
and is real, not false.$ `! _' n! k2 C! I% a0 w
故知般若波罗蜜多
. r0 u% ]+ X$ @. U1 q是大神咒是大明咒是无上咒" ]. l( d6 c. O% j0 Z1 F
是无等等咒能除一切苦真实不虚
3 ]5 Y! o5 e& U1 k$ N$ bSo proclaim the prajna-paramita mantra,
8 R# @3 L1 m; ^! @3 Jproclaim the mantra that says:0 P1 O" {/ f2 D, y/ Q
故说般若波罗蜜多咒5 O8 G6 x9 ~; M. h, C& g! O8 _
即说咒曰& ~# k. ]% v) V3 o# ~1 S: X
gate, gate,
& L& \( d7 a) |5 R' ?paragate,8 e) H) x/ s1 ~6 w
parasamgate,2 j1 T$ m. r2 E5 i- A: t8 v$ |
bodhi, svaha!
6 w. O* i2 T2 B/ v7 q; v/ x揭谛揭谛波罗揭谛
! x" k. J$ k7 E& r  y$ p# ]波罗僧揭谛菩提娑婆诃+ p# l9 E+ n. ~5 E+ ]& a
